digiM I2S manages image data through a web browser user interface. In addition to the imaging data, I2S further manages the entire life cycle including analysis workflow, storage, and computational resources. All images, their corresponding sample information, imaging conditions, intermediate segmentation and analysis results are organized and searchable through a database.

I2S features 21 CFR part 11 compliance as required by FDA regulations ensuring proper records and electronic signatures of all work done in the platform, with full audit trail support. Visualization Automation
Under I2S, routine visualization tasks are fully automated. Using 3D micro-CT as an example, cross sections, slice and view movies annotated with slice number and orientations, and rapid 3D renderings are generated with a click of one button for a single data volume of hundreds of gigabytes.
